Owner John Prunty originally set up J.P.P. Insulations Ltd in 1981. To house the company in suitable surroundings, Prunty then purchased a site from Dublin County Council and erected two no. Industrial Units with a total area of 8,800 sq. ft. One of which was used for an office and, the other is currently sub-let.

First Development
8 no. Industrial units with a total area of 20,000 sq. ft. which was used for offices, warehouses and retail units in Coolmine, Dublin 15, Ireland. 50% have been retained and rented out to various tenants, the other 50% have been sold.

Second Development
20 no. Industrial units with a total area of 36,000 sq. ft. which was used for offices, warehouses and retail units in Coolmine, Dublin 15, Ireland. They are currently rented to various tenants.

Third Development
Phase One: 12 no. industrial units with a total area of 55,000 sq. ft. which are used for offices, warehouses and retail units in Coolmine, Dublin 15, Ireland. Currently leased to various tenants.
Phase Two: 3 no. Large retail units with a total area of 24,000 sq. ft. in Coolmine, Dublin 15, Ireland. Currently leased to various tenants.
Phase Three: 1 Large retail unit with a total area of 32,000 sq. ft. in Coolmine, Dublin 15, Ireland. This unit was sold to a company called Power City.

The next site was situated in Tucker Street, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Ireland. The site currently homes a restaurant and apartments with a total area of 6,000 sq. ft. Currently leased.

After this, the company purchased a site on High Street, Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland, where another restaurant and apartments with a total area of 9,000 sq. ft. were built. This is currently leased.

A site in Upper Quay, Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland was acquired. A 4-bedroom house on the land with a total of 3,000 sq. ft. was built and is currently in possession of the company.

The latest site in Louisburgh, Co. Mayo, Ireland, had a 4-bedroom house created on the area and was sold recently.
